WHY DO PEOPLE WORK WITH ME?
Because they know I will take care of them and their friends and family. Not just during a transaction, but before, after, and long beyond the closing day. Trust means everything to me, and I treat every relationship as something to be protected, respected, and genuinely valued.
Rooted right here in the heart of Kansas, I’m honored to be ranked among the Top 100 Realtors in South Central Kansas, but titles only matter when they’re backed by consistency, follow-through, and real care for the people I serve. Whether it’s a downtown loft, a cozy suburban home, or a country property with room to breathe, I guide each journey with clarity, intention, and heart.
What matters most to me is the story behind the move. Every client, every home, every transition is unique, and I believe the experience should feel personal, supported, and never rushed. You can expect clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and someone who is truly invested in your story.
At the end of the day, it’s more than houses. It’s the people who have built their lives within these walls — and the ones just beginning that journey. It’s about the next chapter in their story and helping them feel confident and excited as they turn the page. I’m grateful to be a small part of that moment and to walk alongside them every step of the way.
i create an experience
Every client, every home, every plan is tailored. I offer concierge-level service with customized marketing, expert negotiation, and hands-on guidance from start to finish.
I look beyond
Whether prepping a property for top-dollar resale or spotting hidden potential in a home, I bring vision, strategy, and design thinking to the table.
I’m in it with you
I communicate clearly, act decisively, and advocate fiercely— because you’re not just a transaction, you’re a relationship.
What Sets Me Apart?
A Personalized Experience Where Your Home Story Matters Most
I’ve walked the land
Literally. As a Kansas native and rural property specialist, I know what it means to sell the story, not just the square footage.
I lead with integrity
This business is built on mutual respect and trust.
I don’t take that lightly.
Whether you’re buying, selling, building, or just exploring, I’ll meet you right where you are—with honest advice, local expertise, and a whole lot of heart.

Nameless Coffee - I like to order their mystery coffee of the day. I admire the ministry behind their mission of working directly with farmers in Guatemala to provide a source of revenue for their coffee. That, along with the Christ centered approach to business and ministry makes this my go to cafe.

For a steak, I haven't found one to top the Peppercorn Filet at 6S. Great vibe and the service is excellent.

I don't have a favorite designer - I believe we are all "designers" at heart. I pick out what speaks to me. That said, Wichita has some fantastic locations that offer a full array of items but Mr. Diggs is top on my list. Also a small operation in Dexter, KS called The West Riley. I have some favorite artists - Tim Cox paints a true to life western image and Bob Boze Bell is abstract in his approach to portrait portrayal.

I’m quite fond of a good Cosmopolitan or a cranberry vodka - made with real cranberry puree.

My favorite decor style is moody western. I love color - all things feminine and masculine on the western front. However, when it comes to the design/staging of a clients home, I take into consideration the architectural features of the home and the clients style and build on that.

My favorite recipe to make - take out! Lol - I do not claim to be a fantastic cook - I've sustained life. But…I can make a mean french toast.
